Where we ship
We ship to addresses within Australia only, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers. All orders are sent with Australia Post.

Every order is sent by Australia Post Express Post, tracked, for a $15.00 flat rate, or free on orders of $250 or more. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and are not guaranteed. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment. Bank transfer orders are dispatched once funds clear.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you its Australia Post tracking number with a link to follow the parcel. The same tracking link is shown on the order in My account.
Packaging and temperature
Lyophilised products are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit. Store them as listed on the product page as soon as they arrive.
Address accuracy
Please check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address; reshipping costs may apply.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please follow our Refund & Returns policy. A video of the parcel being unboxed is required for all damage claims. If your parcel has not arrived or its tracking has stopped updating, email info@apexbiolabs.com.au with your order number and we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post.
