Our BPC-157 / TB-500 blend combines two research peptides in one lyophilised vial, 10 mg of each. This guide covers what each peptide is, how the blend is tested, and how to store it. It describes chemistry only, not effects in people or animals.
BPC-157
BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide, a chain of 15 amino acids:
Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val
Its molecular formula is C62H98N16O22 and its molecular weight is about 1419.5 g/mol. The sequence derives from a larger protein isolated from gastric juice, which is where the name “body protection compound” comes from.
TB-500
TB-500 is the name used for synthetic material related to thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein of about 4.9 kDa that binds actin and is found in most cell types. Janoshik reports it as “TB-500 (TB4)”.
What the lab report shows
With two peptides in one vial, Janoshik identifies each one and measures how much is present, rather than giving a single purity figure. The current report:
| Product | BPC-157 / TB-500 Blend 20mg |
|---|---|
| Label | 20 mg (10 mg + 10 mg) |
| Measured: TB-500 (TB4) | 10.12 mg |
| Measured: BPC-157 | 11.30 mg |
| Purity | Not part of this test |
| Report | Janoshik #93610, analysed 15 Dec 2025 |
| Verification key | JWEF9BZILKG9 |
In the batch tested for report #93610, BPC-157 measured 11.30 mg and TB-500 measured 10.12 mg, against 10 mg of each on the label.
Storage and handling
- Unopened, long term: −20 °C, protected from light.
- Unopened, short term: 2–8 °C for up to several weeks.
- Let the vial reach room temperature before opening.
- After reconstitution: keep at 2–8 °C and write the preparation date on the vial.

For laboratory research use only. Neither peptide is registered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods, and nothing on this page describes use in humans or animals. BPC-157 and TB-500 appear on the World Anti-Doping Agency’s prohibited list.
