KLOW is a research blend that puts four peptides in one lyophilised vial. This guide explains what each component is, how a blend is tested, and what the current lab report on our 80 mg vial found. It describes chemistry only, not effects in people or animals.
Looking for the vial itself? Our KLOW Peptide Blend 80mg lists the measured amount of each component.
What is in the vial
The nominal composition is 80 mg in total:
- GHK-Cu, 50 mg. The copper(II) complex of the tripeptide Gly-His-Lys. The copper is what makes the powder blue. See our GHK-Cu guide.
- BPC-157, 10 mg. A synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide (Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val) whose sequence derives from a protein isolated from gastric juice.
- TB-500, 10 mg. The name used for synthetic material related to thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid actin-binding protein. Janoshik reports it as “TB-500 (TB4)”.
- KPV, 10 mg. The tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val, which corresponds to the last three residues (11–13) of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone.
BPC-157 and TB-500 are also sold together, without GHK-Cu and KPV, in our BPC-157 / TB-500 blend.
Why a blend is tested differently
A purity figure from HPLC compares the main compound with everything else in the sample. With four peptides in one vial, each is an “impurity” relative to the others, so a single purity number would mean little. Instead, Janoshik identifies each component and measures how much of it is present. That is why the report reads “4 of 4 identified” and lists no purity.

In the batch tested for report #218226, every component measured at or slightly above its nominal amount: 52.35 mg of GHK-Cu against 50 mg, and between 11.51 and 11.55 mg for each of the three 10 mg peptides.
Storage and handling
- Unopened, long term: −20 °C, protected from light.
- Unopened, short term: 2–8 °C for up to several weeks.
- Let the vial reach room temperature before opening.
- After reconstitution: keep at 2–8 °C and write the preparation date on the vial.
